  I am relieved to say that the Aqua Waikiki Wave has been one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. Here are my reasons why...
  
  Pros:
  - In and out parking privileges. [I don’t mind paying the parking fee, I just don’t like waiting for someone to run to get my car, it’s just not practical. They got it right.]
  - Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. [Even when most people were probably streaming stuff, there was no noticeable loss in internet speed.]
  - A block away from the beach. [Cut through the international marketplace and cross Kalakaua, you’re there.]
  - Right in the middle of where most things are in Waikiki. [Shopping on the strip is important to my girlfriend, that’s why we chose to stay in this area.]
  - Across the street from Murakame Udon. [The greatest udon you will ever taste.]
  - Showers were old school. [But totally awesome. You can control the water pressure!]
  - The friendliest staff ever!
  o Charity was the best and made us feel like we were home. [My gf had a total girl-crush on her (which made me worry a bit).]
  Cons:
  - Parking can easily fill up, especially at night time. [There are alternate parking areas, but the garage is just so convenient. It’s not a big deal, but just know that if you arrive late at night.]
  
  We’re coming back in November and you can guarantee that we will stay at this hotel again. Mahalo. Close

  ! She was extremely kind and friendly and went out of her way to make sure our stay was fantastic. She made our trip so much more enjoyable. My girlfriend and I looked forward to see if she was working whenever we were in the lobby. If I stay in Oahu again I will definitely be staying here and saying a big ALOHA to Charity!

This time we were a group of 28 and everything from check in to check out was spot on thanks to Treena and Michael .It's so nice to catch up with the lovely Evelyn who I met on my first stay. Meet and greet on Wednesday is such a treat and a great way to meet other guests and share experiences. Thanks to Darryl and James for welcoming us each morning and evening you both are such a bonus. The employees from the front desk all the way from house keeping, security were very respectful, courteous by far went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable, they made me feel right at home by always greeting me with a smile and a lot of alpha spirit. Their price's are reasonable and affordable and that is a PLUS..
  Last but not least I would like to thank one of the front desk employee who's name is graig. He was amazing in fixing my reservations. We had a mix up and everything was total confusion he turned a bad situation into a positive one..!! He turned our frowns and frustration into nothing but sweet smiles and made our vacation there a memorable one..I enjoyed every second there and will definetly will recommend this hotel to family and friends..!!

  s perfect for our price range. The beds were comfortable and the location added to our great experience. Charity and Will were very helpful and friendly. They pointed us to some great night time activities, but we were way too pooped and passed out at 10 every night! If you are a light sleeper, you should try and get a room on the higher floors or away from Kuhio, the main street. Close

  e, what a wonderful surprise! When returning back to the room after our day of adventures we had noticed we could not seem to get the lanai door open, we placed a call to the front desk and security was knocking at our door in less than five minutes. Parking was ample since we were allowed to use the lift parking when garage had filled up. Check out the next morning was just as easy as check in. What an AWESOME experience from the first hello to the bid farewell! Thank you again to the wonderful staff, will definitely stay here again!   Our room at the Aqua had two queen beds and room to move. We spent most of our time involved in the activities Oahu & Hawai'i has to offer and only needed the room to rejuvenate each night. This hotel provides great service with friendly staff who will bend over backwards to assist their guests. Rooms are spotlessly cleaned, with fresh linen daily.It is close to all the Waikiki dining, beach and entertainment. Wednesday Wave parties in the lounge area are a great way to meet other guests. This hotel offers first class service and accommodation at realistic prices. Spend your hard earned money on entertainment for yourself.

  e bed and new towles room! They were also trustworthy, we left money out and never missed a dime. The beds are so comfortable and the fridge and microwave were up to date. The location is perfect lots of shopping right outside and only a 2 block walk to the beach (worth saving $1000 not staying right on the beach) I would deffinetly stay here again if I ever go back to Waikiki!
